To Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, please go to www.goletrax.com and then click Sign In >> Forgot Your Password?. Enter the email you used to sign in to your account and then click Send Password Reset Link. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account. Follow the instructions on that email and you should be able to reset your password. If you have any trouble doing this or has any question, please let us know by.
To Change Your Password
1. Once logged in, click on Profile >> Dashboard.
2. In Profile Settings section, go down to Security section and click on Change Password button.
3. Enter all required information.
4. Click Change Password button.
Make your new password stronger, your account will be better protected.
A strong password:
- Is at least six characters long.
- Does not contain your username, real name, or company name.
- Does not contain a complete word.
- Is significantly different from previous passwords.
