I learned how to make chocolate cupcakes, here is the recipe
Apr 30, 2018 Chapter 1
A few days ago my sister turned years and although I have no experience in baking, I love chocolate cupcakes. At first I did not think they would be like the pictures I saw on the internet, however, the final result left me very pleased.
To make this recipe we need very basic ingredients that we usually find in the pantry of our house. Do not worry if you have not prepared cupcakes or cakes at other times, you really don’t need to be an expert to make these delicious chocolate cupcakes.
Its spongy texture and the rich taste of sweet chocolate remind me of a cake my grandmother made many years ago. I want to share my learning with the Goletrax community and get everyone to be able to make homemade chocolate cupcakes.
Ingredients:
As I said before, this recipe does not require exotic ingredients or anything similar, it is common ingredients that can be found in the kitchen of our house.
• ½ cup of butter at normal temperature
• 1 cup of hot water
• 1 1/3 cups wheat flour
• ½ cup of cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 pinch of salt
• Chocolate chips for garnish
The preparation is very basic and I am sure they will have a lot of fun. To make these cupcakes we need a blender, a bowl to beat, a wooden pallet and cupcake cups the size of the tray.
To begin with, we must make sure to preheat the oven to 180°C. We add the cocoa to the hot water and begin to mix with the wooden pallet until we obtain a homogeneous mixture, leaving it aside while it is tempered.
Next, we make the union of the baking soda, the salt, the flour and the baking powder, making sure to sift the mixture. Then, we beat the butter for a minute and begin to add the sugar little by little. It is time to add eggs and vanilla.
At this point of the preparation we must add the flour mixture to the butter, making sure to sift well to avoid the lumps. Once we have all of this incorporated, we add the cocoa mixture and beat until everything is unified evenly.
It's almost time to put our cupcakes in the oven, but first we must put the chocolate chips to the mix. Once we have the cups in the cupcake tray we should start filling them, measuring a little over half the layer.
The final moment has come: bake the cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes at about 180°C. To check that they are ready, we can introduce a wooden stick in the middle of one of the cups, observing if it comes out wet from raw mix or if it is already cooked inside.
A good tip: swirl the chocolate chips before placing them in the mixture, this will prevent them from sinking or if they melt completely with the heat and remember not to open the oven during the cooking of the cupcakes.
The final result will be soft and rich cupcakes, which you can decorate with melted chocolate. I hope this recipe has been useful to you and that, like me, you are encouraged to try it.
